Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DomainHunter (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and DomainHunter.

2. Description of Service

  • Subscription SaaS for discovering expired and expiring domains with authority backlinks.
  • Four pricing tiers: Free, Starter, Pro, and Agency — each with documented limits and features.
  • A 7-day free trial with full Pro features is available to eligible new users.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate, current information when registering.
  • One account per person or business entity unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including keeping credentials secure.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Pricing is in USD with optional THB display.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually until cancelled.
  • Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
  • Thailand users will be charged 7% VAT in addition to the listed price.
  • Currency conversion fees may apply, charged by your bank or card issuer.
  • Failed payments trigger a 3-day grace period before account suspension.

5. Free Trial Terms

  • The trial lasts 7 days and requires no credit card.
  • You receive full Pro-tier access during the trial.
  • The trial does not auto-convert to paid unless you add a payment method.
  • One trial per user — abuse of multiple trial signups will result in account termination.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel any time from the dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing.
  • 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month.
  • No pro-rated refunds for partial months on monthly plans.
  • Annual plans are refundable within 30 days of purchase.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal activities under your jurisdiction or ours.
  • Squat on or attempt to register trademarked terms in bad faith.
  • Resell, redistribute, or expose raw zone file data outside the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use automated scraping, crawlers, or bots against our APIs or web pages.
  • Violate ICANN CZDS Terms of Use when handling zone-derived data.
  • Violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction or in Thailand.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The DomainHunter name, logo, and brand assets are our trademarks.
  • Your account data and saved searches remain yours.
  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service per these Terms.
  • You grant us a perpetual license to use feedback you voluntarily provide to improve the Service.

9. Affiliate Links and Commerce

  • We earn commissions when you purchase domains through our partner registrars.
  • There is no extra cost to you. The price you see is the price the registrar charges.
  • Partner registrars include: Namecheap, GoDaddy, Dynadot, Sav, NameSilo, Porkbun, Spaceship, Cloudflare.
  • Each registrar handles their own purchase, terms, and customer service.

10. Third-Party Services

  • The Service depends on third parties listed in our Privacy Policy.
  • We are not responsible for their actions, downtime, or policies.
  • When you transact with a third party directly, their terms apply to that transaction.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We make no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold DomainHunter harmless from any claim arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee that any domain will be available at any specific registrar.
  • Prices change at the registrar level; ours are estimates and may not reflect the final price you see at checkout.
  • We are not a registrar — we don't sell or hold domain names.
  • Authority data accuracy is best-effort and depends on our third-party data sources.

14. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
  • Upon termination, data is handled per the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to Terms

  • We give at least 30 days' notice for material changes via email.
  • Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
  • Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration seated in Bangkok.
  • Class action waiver: you may bring claims only in your individual capacity.
  • EU consumers retain their local mandatory consumer protection rights.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control: natural disasters, war, internet outages, acts of governments, or third-party infrastructure failures.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and DomainHunter regarding the Service.
